Refund Policy

At BrandRap, we aim to provide exceptional digital marketing services that meet your business goals. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:

1. Service Not Rendered: If a service was paid for but not initiated or delivered due to factors within our control.
2. Unsatisfactory Service: If you are unsatisfied with the initial scope of work and the issue cannot be resolved after reasonable revisions or adjustments.
3. Prepaid Services: If you prepaid for a service package and discontinued it before work has begun on the remaining services.
   
   

Refunds are not applicable once a service has been fully delivered or executed, as digital marketing services are non-tangible goods.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of payment. All refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
