We understand that business needs can change, and you may need to cancel a service or subscription with BrandRap. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Subscriptions: Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period. Cancellations made within the 7-day window will be charged for the next cycle, and services will remain active until the end of that cycle.
Service Agreements: If a custom service agreement or project is canceled before the start of the project, you are entitled to a full refund. Once work has begun, cancellations may be subject to a prorated fee for completed work.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through your client portal.
